Start with my feet, take your time. Rub lots of coconut oil on them. There’s going to be quite a bit of tension in them, they do a lot of work to support my tall bod. Slowly work your way up to my calves, work out any knots. Next stop are my hamstrings, they can be ticklish so be gentle. Get more coconut oil and work my glutes for as long as necessary. No half-assing it 😉😜
