I promise I am not trying to be rude. I just genuinely don't see my new subscribers. And sometimes I do miss them through my recent collections tab.
I've put in a ticket quite a few times for it but they just don't know how to fix it.
So if you have recently subscribed and I have not reached out to you, I apologize!!
