I think I accidentally took my meds twice yesterday and I ended up having a very weird very long sleep🙈🙈 I’ve been hydrating all afternoon and have taken two really long showers to try to wake myself up properly and I think it worked🙈 I guess it’s better than forgetting to take my meds? Ahahaha
