Had some more requests for workout vids. 💪 Nice to know you subs are appreciating the full package. Chest day has been a struggle this last year with my shoulder injury. So I’ve got to find variations that don’t irritate it too badly. Here I’m using a plate on an incline to work the upper, inner for the V-shape at top of the chest. Four sets x 15-20 reps towards end of the workout to burn out.
