I messed up my back pretty significantly yesterday, it’s doing a little better now but I had to call out of work because of it :( I managed to power through day 5 and do what I could with my workout today. Not going 100% but it’s better than nothing so that’s the first step! When you see this booty in a few months Itll be looking fatter! 🍑 will you promise to help me stay motivated for you??
