Added 2024-04-06 02:51:44 +0000 UTCI tripped over one of the cords that was holding my tent rain fly in place and went down hard. I'm fine. I went to the urgent care clinic and got an x-ray. Nothing is broken according to the x-ray. The doc said if it's not better in 7 to 10 days to come back in because it could be an occult fracture. I'm sure it's just bruised. The doc wrapped it with an ace bandage and said to ice it and take ibuprofen. Once I took the ibuprofen, a half hour later it was feeling much better. It's not too bad tonight, either. It's pretty swollen, though.
I had on thick Cuddl Duds pants and shirt, so my knees/legs and arms/elbows didn't get too torn up. Yayyyy!!
