





I'm currently working on keeping the midlife menopause waist from getting out of control. I'm intermittent fasting and eating a healthy diet. I'm eating a lot of food, around 1500 calories per day, 110 or so grams of that in protein, with plenty of healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, evoo, etc.), vegetables, fruits, berries, and limiting grains (my body only handles small amounts, so I go with it). If you want to know what I eat in a day, I'm happy to share.
Btw, I think I still look pretty damn good. What do you think?😉
