Did you know July is Disability Pride Month? Did you know mental disabilities count too? I’ve got Anxiety, Depression & PTSD. Occasionally I’m agoraphobic if things are bad. I manage it with a support network I’m lucky to have, weekly therapy, prescriptions & weed. Pretty much everyone I love has one disability or another. I’ve also got some working knowledge of chronic pain, Bipolar Disorder, mobility aids, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD. Mental Health is a passion of mine, and this is a safe place for all disabilities- visible or not. I’m not a therapist, but if you need someone to talk to- reach out. My services extend to you too.
