We decided before we settled down for the day we would drive just a little further down the road for sightseeing and then come back. We ended up driving much further than we planned because everything was so beautiful. We tented along the road at a different spot and had a great night! We went back to this campground the day after and there had clearly been a huge storm!! Multiple trees had fallen all over the campsite, including the spot we were going to stay in!! 😳 We definitely lucked out!
