Clean for a while now ready to get my op on Thursday, recover and hopefully with all being well hit an 8 week prep and grow like fuck into the comp and take heavyweights again 🥇 I’ll keep you updated 😜 I really want to do this despite the disastrous bulk phase ( no bulk 😂 ) I know I can still improve in that time frame based on the 6 weeks it was going smoothly haha . I’ll be shredded full and hopefully a few kg up around 105kg stage weight will be looking at , 6kg increase from the last win 😜 can’t wait to show you guys it’ll be fast paced and all go let’s get the pro card 💪🏻
