Added 2023-01-17 01:10:03 +0000 UTCHiii! Iโm back! I hope you have missed me ๐ The cabin trip was a success and much needed time away from the ever fast-paced world. The snow was knee high once we got there, shovels were in the shed and the lock wasnโt opening, so we had to do quite a bit of โcross-fitโ, hauling all the heavy and awkward to carry supplies into the place. Friday and Sunday were really hard in terms of trying to fully relax, knowing how much work I still had to do once I got back home. With that said, I am so glad I was โfลrcedโ to switch myself off for once, since there was no wifi or cell service. Saturday was a bit better! Friday night we almost burnt the place down with a burning log rolling out of the fire place and onto the floor. The way we handled it, was quite comical. I might post a video of this to Twitter ๐ The stay was quite magical. We went for long walks through the snowy woods, made delicious food, had deep conversations about various topics, learning so many things about one another we had no idea about, made art, played games and had a lot of laughs. The time I spent with my friend was very nourishing to my soul and I am so glad to be back with you guys ๐. Canโt wait to get back into the groove with this new-found positive energy. โ ***I am currently contemplating in what sort of wayโฆI will be making up for the time missed posting to my feed over the weekend.
