If youβre having a hard time coming up with a set of goals, here are a few of my favorite that never leave my list! β’ Drink a gallon of water per day β’ Take the stairs instead of the elevator (if you are physically able) β’ Complete at least 5 workouts a week β’ Stretch twice a day EVERYDAY! β’Β Meditate for 15 mins every night Hope this helps you create your personalized goal list! π€
