A friend of mine just had a baby. She lives 4h (in car) from my city. Luckily, there's something in Spain called "BlaBlaCar". Basically, person A wants to go from City1 to City2. Person B wants to go, too - but person B doesn't have a car, and person A (who DOES have a car) prefers to share expenses **and** the company. You do met interesting people hahaha.
That's what I always use, and actually I already know 4-5 drivers who are perfectly cool with me taking pics and vids which, sadly, I CAN'T FUCKING SHARE IN ONLY FANS!!!! (I tried hahahaha)
