


My schedule has been the same for almost a year and a half, and it's MY fav split - Pull / Push / Legs. 4-6 times per week
BUT - I listen to my body. I'm not going to compete hahahaha. I may take more rest than usual, I switch exercises...
I _always_ try to get out of the gym with the feeling that I've done my best, and I try to add load progressively, and with some logic!
...Surprisingly, I _rarely_ train ABS. If you train hard enough, abs are trained by default hahahaha
