1. I train close to - or to - failure. I never obsessed over the number of reps, anything in the range of 3-15 works for me
2. I do 1-2 sets of every exercise, never more (Unless I failed to get close to failure)
3. I do 2-4 exercises MAX
4. I do abs 1/2 per week, MAX
5. I ONLY do strength training
6. I DO obsess over proper range of motion, good posture and NEVER ego-training.
7. I rest one or two days per week - allowing each muscle group to rest at least 72h, which is more than enough - but If, after 72 hours, I still feel week (because I've slept or eaten poorly), I won't go to the gym
8. I prioritise sleep, and protein intake.
9. Going to the gym frequently DOES increase your libido A LOT. Everyone at the gym is obviously horny, but the effect is higher in women, in my opinion!
