My units population has grown exponentially over the last week and it’s getting harder to come in and face my patients every day, watching their decline, knowing that a lot of the time, my best will not be enough.🥺 The next two weeks as we get results back from Thanksgiving travelers it’s only going to get worse and I don’t know how much more I can take. Any good vibes you could spare would be greatly appreciated.💋💋💋
