Added 2020-09-18 17:54:51 +0000 UTCI know probably no one cares, but I wanted to play Super Mario 3D All-Stars for the nostalgia but it was sold out online and they are doing a weird limited release so I wanted a physical copy. So I stayed up all night playing Mario games with my gf and going to the store in the morning. To my surprise there was a legit line of people all waiting to get the same game. It seems so ordinary, but there’s just something about waiting in a line of people who are all just as excited to play a new game as you are. Physical game, literal classics, covid version of a midnight release, idk how I feel about it, but this may have been single most nostalgic experience I’ve had in my life! Also found out Walmart sells games for $10 off in store. Omg I forgot all about that new game smell! It’s been so long since I got a physical game. But so that’s what I did today. Starting with 64 cause I’ve never actually beaten it. I’m most excited for sunshine tho. So far I’ve got 11 stars I think. Maybe more. But I’m going to bed now. Goodnight! 😴
