Eat as fresh as possible, minimal processed foods or sugars or unnecessary saturated fats π₯¬ 4. Intermittent fast π€ 5. 3 & 4 βοΈ 6. Theyβre genetic I donβt have to diet too hard (good for youuu) π³ 7. Specific diet // something not mentioned ( for me itβs #5 & daily fitness! )
