Stretching & resting is as productive as pushing your body & always moving it. β¨ My leg is almost βentirelyβ healed from my ACL β€οΈβπ©Ή tear earlier this year from my mountain / skiing injury β· & I am just grateful that after months of prehab, rehab, strength training & patience, I am now able to run & wear high-heels again. π’π
