***Video: 073 The "Perfect" Routine*** There's a reason why I'm using quotation marks when I say this is the perfect routine, so let me explain. The reason why I like this routine so much is because it covers the basics of what makes a great routine. Sometimes I think a lot of my followers or fellow researchers overcomplicate PE. This routine easily covers what you need for overall growth in both length and girth. ***Bathmate / Warm-Up:*** Technically you don't need to have a Bathmate in order to do this routine. A simple hot rag will do, the Bathmate acts more like a helper for the routine by allowing you to get a head start on the pumping process. ***Jelqing and Stretching:*** Besides focusing on length, combing jelqing and stretching with a pump is a great way to maximize the usefulness of the pump by stretching out your dick. If you've noticed in the video, once I jelq I seem to fill more of the pump in comparison to when I don't in previous videos. You also don't need super long jelqing sessions, the one hundred I did in this routine were more than sufficient to not only fill my pump. But it also makes me to move up to a bigger size. ***Vacuum Pump:*** After the jelqing session I like to use the 'smaller' vacuum pump to not only pack the cylinder walls. But to also use the pump to assist with my length. When you have a more form-fitting pump it somewhat acts like an extender device because your dick will have no other option but to stretch once it's expanded. Having a properly fitted pump is key for making gains and as you can see I quickly had to move up to my bigger pump. ***Kegel Challenge:*** Ending the routine with this, or even doing it in between the sessions is a great addition to any PE routine. Kegels, especially with you're erect. Force more flow into your dick, giving you harder erections as well as strengthening your PC muscle. You also learn how to control yourself when you feel the urge to cum. For me, whenever I pump I become extremely sensitive to stimulation and the need to cum because almost impossible to ignore. But adding this to your routine will act like a cheat code when it comes to maximizing your progress. In conclusion, the reason why I feel this is the perfect routine is because it covers all the basics to making gains in your overall size. It's a simple routine that a newbie could do by easily doing a warm-up session. Followed by 30 or so jelqs, and then using their pump and ending it with a kegel session. I feel that this routine will make a great foundation to build off of.
