Do you meditate? For those who are unfamiliar with meditation it is when an individual uses a technique to practice training their attention and awareness thus in most cases providing a mentally clear and calm state. There are various techniques & methods that can be used and what works for me or a friend, may not work for you. Methods of mediation: - Mindfulness - Body Scans - Focusing on a particular object or thought/intention - Focus on breath/ different types of breath work —> A great place to start is with guided meditations! They even have sleeping ones if you feel you don’t have time during the day
