In this last GP part with Alex, you will see him mercilessly finishing off my already exhausted and bruised abs with various punching speeds, elbow hits, and of course abs claws, which felt super intense — since I had to make sure the entire time not to relax my abs for a moment😖
This resulted in a lot of lactic acid buildup in my abs, making them burn like a ravaging wild fire 🔥🥵
This is the first picture in picture style video. In this way you can simultaneously see my foot stance — and maybe one or the other enjoy seeing my foot in black sneaker socks ^ ^
At the end I received some nice caressings of my foot and calve, while Alex gave himself a bit of a b.allbusting :P
PS: There is one more video left with Alex, where we oil up our muslces😏
On Sunday however I first release a different video and on Tuesday the last video of the session that I had with Alex.
