Gutpunching wasn‘t enough, and since the Bull has bruised his fist, this chunky hammer now takes over💥🔨
First getting a feel for it, then the intensity steadily increases. And not only my abs are absorbing hammer punches, my pecs of course get their share, too.
The sound of the hammer hitting my abs & pecs, it‘s like a symphony - what do you think? 😉
