It‘s time for exercising and punishment (or reward? 😉)
Round 1 is where it starts, getting more and more intense with every round
How many rounds? You‘ll see ;)
At that day it was 27 degree Celsius, so that was also a punishment for me, since my body can‘t stand warm temperatures for too long without a lake or some other refreshment 🥲
