Almost a month has already passed as I started practicing (who does not know I am studying to be a hairdresser), although difficult moments and not used to the new schedule but I really like it! It's also still hard for me to go to the gym regularly again, and honestly I blame myself for that. All the time I make up reasons why not to go for example very much want to sleep. Maybe you know some advice on how I can overcome myself?😭❤️
