💖Be Confident 💗 Listen I know it sounds cliche and you are wondering why the hell I am suggesting this beneath a photo of me with a shirt with no bra on. Just kidding I doubt you were questioning that at all. But now that I have your attention I will say it again - be confident in who you are and what you represent. That confidence is powerful because you are powerful with it. Confidence is not about looking good or knowing you look good - it is knowing that you feel good and that how you see yourself is good. Maybe you are thinking okay well how do I feel good when I am not confident? You should know that confidence comes from tons of different sources. What makes you feel confident might terrify another person and what makes them feel confident might make you extremely uncomfortable - either circumstance is completely OKAY. Maybe you feel confident about your knowledge, expertise or passion. Try to figure out a time when you felt most confident in your life and ask yourself questions as to why. The next time you are not feeling confident think back to that time you felt confident then imagine feeling it now and act as if you would in that moment. Remind yourself that you are amazing and you are enough! Positive affirmations about yourself will reinforce your new core beliefs. Telling yourself what you are not only causes doubt but telling yourself what you are - creates change. Repeat after me, I am CONFIDENT. Also, I wanted to add that it has taken me lots of mirror practice to believe my own truths (I still practice).
