I think we are in a very bad place right now and not sure what the future holds. Some of it is simply my country and some of it is the porn industry and changes that are happening there. It is scary and worrisome. I am pulling myself out of it and trying to get on a regular schedule each day, get back to working out and taking care of myself. It's been a hard year mentally for me and I didn't realize what I was doing to myself. Now that I know, I need to correct it.
