Bad news: I'm having surgery again. After this next one there will be nothing left of my reproductive system and I'll be in medical menopause and starting hormones.
This is a tremendously big hit for me, I really never wanted to go under again and I'm really fucking sad but also happy because this is what I ultimately need in order to get my life back. It's really complex emotions.
I'm not sure what else to say, it's been nearly a year waiting for this shit to end. I'm sorry y'all. A bit longer.
