(Proof that I studied:) Hopefully on my way, I don’t get struck and injured by a giant falling scale on the Long Island Railroad due to a passenger being pushed onto a train by an employee, causing the passenger to drop the package of fireworks he was carrying, resulting in an explosion. That would suck, because I couldn't sue the railroad for negligence. Crazier things have definitely happened…but are they foreseeable?? 🤔
