I heard from the hospital and its going to be at least two weeks for my plastics referral to just be processed into their system, if its been marked as urgent by the surgeon i should receive an appointment date but if its marked for non urgent it will be a year or two on the waiting list. For now i am going to drop my monthly subscription price to $5 if you want to continue supporting it is greatly appreciated, but I understand if you dont want to stick around. The healthcare system in australia is cheap for a pensioner like me but it doesnt move fast enough, i have to wait my turn.
