

Today's workout was absolutely great! I started with a warm-up, including a stretching stimulus to warm up the muscles and prepare the body for the fundamentals. Then I moved on to the exercises - focusing on legs, abs and upper body

It went great and I'm happy with the result. I can feel my body getting stronger and more resilient with each workout. Tomorrow I will continue working on my fitness plan, maybe add my new exercises for variety💋💋
