

This evening I decided to make borscht. I started by slicing beets and carrots into thin slices. While the vegetables were stewing, I started preparing the cabbage and potatoes. An appetizing aroma spread in the kitchen when I added fresh tomatoes and bay leaf to the pot. After a while, the borscht was ready, and I happily poured myself a full plate.😋🥰
