Update On Filming and My Mental Health: I came to a decision today and wanted to update my fans and followers on what they can expect from me going forward. My apologies again for all the false starts I've had over the last year or so where I kept committing myself to changing things up for the better, then not following through due to my deteriorating mental health. At this time I feel the best thing I can do is take a step back from focusing on filming content. I am not quitting, I am just no longer making it my primary focus. At least for the foreseeable future. I do have a few scenes previously recorded that I need to release and will still be filming on occasion. But I need to stop investing so much time, energy and money on chasing shoots that almost all seem to fall through for one reason or another. I've gone into debt paying for things like tests and travel expenses for shoots that end up not happening. I will instead focus on work behind or off camera as my primary source of income. I recently got a job as the primary editor for a production company here in town. That, along with some custom videos I've been filming for a specific customer, will be my main focus in terms of earning a living. If the right opportunity comes up with the right person I will still film and release content. But that reduced filming frequency means I will likely be releasing 1 to 2 scenes a month, compared to the 1 to 2 scenes a week I was able to release previously. My hope is by making this change, changing my focus and priorities, I can reduce my stress level. Which will in turn improve my mental health. With better mental health I can maintain a casual filming schedule while still earning a living and stay within the industry. I am Vinnie O'Neill. The person i was before I joined the industry no longer exists. It is still my goal to make the adult industry a more accepting place for everyone. In particular BHM talent like myself and others. But to do that, to advocate on behalf of myself and others, I need to be in a better place mentally and emotionally. I am still available for taking orders for custom videos.
