I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in August and I will be having surgery in October. I’m in good spirits but I currently have a fair bit of pelvic pain, lightheadedness, and overall weakness so I haven’t been able to cam like I would like to. I’m going to try to cam a few times before my surgery and then will return to my usual 4 days a week schedule once I’ve completed my 6-weeks of recovery time.
