For the past like 5 years my deadlift was thriving off of volume at lower weight and adrenaline alone but no anymore! I think my outfit is what the gym girlies call a “pump cover” but of course I had to do it my way (braless). 430x1 squat 235x1 bench 440x1 deadlift (last video was something I forgot to post a few days ago and I really like how my leggings are **almost** see thru) I’m bummed that I won’t be competing next month like I planned to but that just means I won’t be rubbing pennies together in order to get to the Arnold 😅
