So this workout started off great... then went real south re..

So this workout started off great... then went real south real fast. It doesn't end well... I injured myself pretty badly. I'm posting this anyways just to show what can happen if you lose concentration for even a split second. I bounced at the bottom of the movement and strained the muscles of my lower back. It's seriously painful and I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to train again. But I'm posting anyways because I still want you to do the squats and deadlifts, just be careful.
