



We're back at home today for a chest triceps workout. I wanted to experiment and see how a couple weeks in the gym affected my body weight strength and endurance. Overall I think strength is definitely up, but endurance is suffering just a bit. So to improve both we will make sure to incorporate both heavy weight gym days and body weight emdurance focused home days. Regardless, this is an intense 30 minute workout which does incorportate new movements and will leave your upper body pumped! Hope you enjoy!
