Tonight I was feeling a little extra anxious after spending the day studying for upcoming clinic and licensing exams, So I went on a run and followed it with some deep breathing & meditation out on my porch overlooking the sunset π§‘ And Iβm so glad I did! I feel much more at ease and in control of the intense week aheadβ‘οΈ Anxious, negative, or just bad energy about something can easily stick with us in our bodies and minds if we allow it. We have to channel that energy back out. Physical activity is my usual go to when Iβm feelin some type of way π€ͺ I encourage you to do the same next time youβre feeling stressed, bummed, or angry.
