Then let them down just a few inches, thrusting them back up again quickly in a rapid motion 20 or so times as if I were fucking that barbell into the ceiling. It’s probably my favorite butt exercise. I always feel so pumped afterward. And hopefully the more I do them the bigger my butt gets and the more I inspire someone else to start doing them.
