Added 2024-02-25 22:18:19 +0000 UTCIn the middle of a really intense contraction only half an hour before I gave birth at 10cm dilated. 🫶🏼 I was letting my body do its thing and didn’t start pushing until my body told me it was ready too. 10 minutes of pushing & it was over. No stitches, no pain meds, completely natural & vaginally. I couldn’t have asked for a better/easier labour. I hope I get to go through it again soon 🩷
