Added 2023-02-28 20:44:25 +0000 UTCI straight up have a heat pack inside of my bra! I got frostbite on my nipples when I was like 18. My house is like 55° right now. I do not own a heater. I hate heaters. Only problem is I waited too long so cold they’re burning and now with the heat pack on it feels like it’s burning. Like when you get into a hot bath. My poor, poor nipples.
