Added 2022-09-12 16:30:37 +0000 UTCAs always thank you guys for your support and encouragement 💜 I have been going for weeks nonstop taking care of kids, my grandpa, the dogs were sick and I haven’t had any quality outside time 😥 Yesterday I packed my beach stuff and went off with the fam and some friends. I tried so hard to sneak away and film some thing but I never got more than 15 seconds of privacy. Still was able to get some good pics and very short vid clips. I hope you all did some thing to take care of yourself this weekend and that you have a beautiful start to the week! Remember to show as much love and kindness to yourself as you do to others, take a moment to breathe in deeply, hold it, and remind yourself you are not a robot that can go non stop. You are a human, trying their best, and that is always good enough 💜 PS Don’t forget to breathe out lol
