Other than the con crunch (which I appreciate yalls patience with me through), if I'm being 100% honest, the real reason for the delay is just my own perfectionism and pickiness. I shot these sets weeks ago, but I did them in a rush either bc of moving or because of con crunch, and they're just not up to my usual standards, but I'm sending them out anyway, and will be aiming to do better with this week's sets. I would love to dedicate an entire day to each set, doing specific makeup for each, a whole backdrop/set for each, but it's just way too expensive (using makeup each day for example, that's why I stream with no makeup, and sets for each shoot I was spending so much that I was only making a 25% profit from my sets.) Also having to do one set per day made me feel like I was never finished, and it would actually take the full day to set up, get ready, shoot, edit, and shower/eat/go to bed, bc it was so tiring. But since I've made it a goal to shoot multiple similarly styled sets in a single day, it's gone by much faster, and I have more time to dedicate towards my other priorities. I'm trying to find the balance though, bc it really is discouraging to see my sets at a much lower quality now, but the trade off for my mental space and time has been nice. I'll find the equilibrium so that you all can still consume higher quality content, and so that I can still have room to work on my other passions.
