Hey there, friends! As a therapist, I can tell you that huma..

Hey there, friends! As a therapist, I can tell you that human beings have five levels of needs to be satisfied in order to achieve self-fulfillment. Yup, that's right - the legendary Maslow came up with this concept. ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธSo, let's break it down: ๐ŸผFirst, there are the physiological needs - think food, water, and shelter. Without these basic necessities, we're basically just surviving, not thriving. ๐ŸผNext up are safety needs - feeling secure in our surroundings and having stability in our lives. You know, things like job security, a safe home environment, and financial stability. ๐ŸผOnto the third level - belongingness and love needs. This includes meaningful relationships with family and friends, feeling a sense of community, and finding romantic love. We all crave connection and a sense of belonging, right? ๐ŸผFourth on the list are esteem needs - feeling respected, valued, and confident in ourselves. This can come from accomplishments, recognition, and feeling appreciated by others. 5๏ธโƒฃ๐ŸผAnd last but not least, we have self-actualization needs - the highest level of Maslow's hierarchy. This is all about achieving our full potential and fulfilling our passions and purpose in life. ๐Ÿ–คNow that we've covered the basics, what do YOU think? Have you found fulfillment in all five of these areas? Let's chat in the comments or send me a DM๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘‡
