WATCH PIPER'S TOPLESS BAR now @piperblush 👀 Piper’s making a Virgin Mojito for all those times you are the designated driver, in the AA’s, or on a New-Years Resolution. The Mocktail Mojito is a delicious lime lemonade you can order everywhere without feeling like you are not partaking in the festivities! Ingredients: 12 fresh mint leaves, ½ lime, cut into 3 wedges, 2 tbs white sugar, ice cubes, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, and ½ cup club soda. Optional: 1 ½ oz white rum Preparation: Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a tall glass. Use a muddler and crush. It releases mint oils and lime juice. Add remaining lime, sugar and Angostura. Muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Top the glass with ice. And fill it with club soda. Stir, to lift the lime and mint. Enjoy!
