Not that I should complain, better weather means more opportunities to get out. Now, as for tomorrow I’m not excited about my #fitbit weekly progress message. Since most of last week was recovering. My activity and steps were in the crapper. It can happen to anyone to those like me who are still trying to get in shape. To even an Olympic athlete, downtime and injuries happen. It’s all about getting better and getting back to work. So that’s what I chose to do, started the week with a great start.
