Most of all Iām happy to work my #back and #biceps routine and it was strong sets tonight. Iām feeling so good about my trip to the #gym. The stair-master is still a pain in the ass but Iām slowly getting better. The treadmill my challenge is to handle it all without holding the rails. Now Iām looking forward to the rest of the week with the gym Getting back to making #gains. Iām going home to watch the #presidentialdebate2024. Btw Iām rooting for #kamalaharris.
