


Alrighty! Today is my hangover meal day! The best way i've learned in the past to deal with such an unpredictable time. Butternut Squash Soup! A very simple recipe as well vegan! What you need: - 1 Butternut Squash - 1 Can of Coconut milk - 1 Yellow Onion - 1 Clove Garlic - 1 Box/Package Vegetable Broth - Pinch of Rosemary & Thyme - 2 Tablespoons of Extra virgin Olive Oil - Salt and Ground Peppers. Mainly you want to cut the squash in half, salt & pepper each half drizzling olive oil on top of each side to add flavor. Cook the squash at 400Β° for 25 mins. ( It should be soft to texture, is when you know it's good! ) *PLEASE REMOVE SQUASH FROM SKIN AFYER COOKING BEFORE PUTTING INTO A POT* Once finished in the oven take all over your ingredients and put them on the stove. On medium heat, to let all of your ingredients boil. Let those cook not until it burns. Blend the soup, and you're good to eat!
