Added 2022-12-26 23:31:42 +0000 UTCSome deep breathing exercises after the gym(; Today's workout brought to you by Bad Company & KALEO, some person accidentally turning the heater on in the gym to 82 degrees and sweating me out, and a little too much cheap Jolly rancher pre-workout. Okay.... long rant about working out now, nothing sexy here, just current thoughts/updates. Feel free to skip, you won't upset me 😉 Sooo the last few weeks, I've finally been upping my weights in the gym, after months and months of just feeling sort of sluggish/uninspired. Mayyybe I've just been afraid to grab heavier weight....like sparing myself from feeling defeated if I couldn't do it. BUT TODAY I was able to up my stiff leg dead lifts by 20 lbs, lunges by 10, glute bridges by 20. Grabbed those bad boys and fuckin did it. Thinking about fully showing up to my workouts each time, instead of just going through the motions...and in everything else for that matter. Didn't even realize I was getting in my own way. To wrap it up, just feeling thankful for having weight lifting as an outlet, it fuels me in sooo many unexpected ways. Btw thanks if you stuck with me this whole time 😉
