A day of harvest and remember the wheel of the season has turned another spoke towards autumn and forevermore towards winter. And today, I made a wonderful salad from the greens I have cultivated in my gardens and it was the most divine of taste. And it was then that I decided to start fasting again. Green feast on Sunday. Eggs Monday. Liquids tues-saturday. (Coldbrew coffee, black tea, green/matcha, stinging nettle brew, tons of water). And all the hiking I can endure. To be honest, I have become addicted to the most convenient of food delivers... faster than a hummingbird, I dare say! And 'tis time to slim down for Samhain.
